Educate. Advocate. Make A Difference.
What is CMV?
Congenital cytomegalovirus (cCMV) is the most common infectious cause of birth defects and developmental disabilities each year.
cCMV will cause more disabilities in children than many other well-known infections or syndromes, including Down Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Spina Bifida, and Pediatric HIV/AIDS.
Washington CMV Project
We are a grassroots project dedicated to promoting awareness of congenital Cytomegalovirus in Washington State. We are medical professionals, families, lawmakers, and researchers.
